Four Year Anniversary Sunday Dinner


We welcome you to join us on Sunday, October 1st, 2017, for a delicious five course dinner with Chef Eric Sanderson. Each course will be served with the perfect mead, including some very delicious never-before-released melomels!

First Course
Poached egg, smoked salmon roe, mustard seed, herbed farmers cheese, bagel chip
Paired with Madeline 2nd Birthday

Second Course
Sweet potato soup, fried potato sticks, chili oil, cilantro and mint
Paired with Blackberry Mead

Third Course
Beet and potato salad, olives, roasted garlic, frisee naan crisps
Paired with Maravilla Red Raspberry Mead

Fourth Course
Roasted pork tenderloin, turnip and parsnip puree, watercress, scallion viniagrette, crispy carrot
Paired with Lutowka Red Currant Mead

Fifth Course
Spiced apple cobbler, chocolate mousse, bananas
Paired with Elderberry Mead

Your meal will begin at 7:00 pm on Sunday, October 1st. Tasting room access will be limited to event guests only.

No refunds or exchanges. Tickets are non-transferable. Please include guest name at time of purchase. Seating is limited to 32 guests. Parties with 1, 3 or 5 guests may be seated at communal tables or the bar. Unless a seating request is otherwise specified, guests may be seated at a table, a booth, the bar, or outside - weather permitting. We do our best to accommodate all seating requests.
