Four Year Anniversary Saturday Brunch - Chef's Table


We welcome you to join us on Saturday, September 30th, 2017, for a delicious four course brunch with Chef Eric Sanderson. Each course will be served with the perfect mead, including some very delicious never-before-released melomels!

The "Chef's Table" can accommodate up to 6 guests and will be located right in the heart of the action directly next to Chef Eric Sanderson.

First Course:
Fruit and yogurt parfait, granola
Paired with Blueberry Mead

Second Course:
Cheddar biscuit with Italian sausage, peppered gravy
Paired with Elderberry Mead

Third Course:
Chilaquiles with avocado, salsa roja, soft scrambled eggs
Paired with Blackberry Mead

Fourth Course
Waffle sundae, warm waffle, chocolate chip gelato, berry jam, caramel
Paired with Maravilla Raspberry Mead

Your meal will begin at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 30th. Tasting room access will be limited to event guests only.
