NICU Benefit Brunch

We welcome you to join us Saturday, November 17th for a four course pairing brunch by Chef Eric Sanderson.
Doors will open at 10:45AM and brunch service will begin promptly at 11AM.

Course 1:
butternut squash bread 
charred marshmallow, potato chip
paired with Madeline

 

Course 2:
banana oatmeal
browned butter, berries, bacon bits, cornflakes
paired with Chrissie

 

Course 3:
potato pancake
herb cream cheese, honey mustard butter, ham, sunny egg
paired with Bramble

 
Course 4:
mulled cider custard
apple relish, caramel corn
paired with Cranberry

 

10% of ticket proceeds will be donated to the Royal Oak Beaumont Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
