Pairing Dinner with Chef Eric Sanderson

We welcome you to join us Thursday, August 2nd for a five course pairing dinner by Eric Sanderson.
Doors open at 5:30pm. Service will begin promptly at 6:00pm.

Course 1:
pickled egg
with mustard and toast
paired with Heritage

 

Course 2:
shaved jicama salad
avocado vinaigrette, puffed rice, sesame, seaweed
paired with Black Heart

 

Course 3:
guajillo spiced shrimp
cucumber, mango, cilantro, lime
paired with Sarah

 

Course 4:
pork loin, parmesan polenta
blackberry demi glace, fennel salad, fried mushroom
paired with Marionberry

 

Course 5:
sesame sponge cake
orange emulsion, thyme honey, ice milk
paired with Red Agnes
