We welcome you to join us Thursday January 30th at 6:00pm for the Schramm’s Mead Educational Series, Mead as an Ingredient. Enjoy a three course tasting menu specially curated by Tasting Room Manager Shawn Richardson. We will explore utilizing mead in food preparation, and discuss techniques you can use at home to up your culinary game.
