Schramm’s Mead Day

August 4, 2018

DETAILS:

We welcome you to join us on Saturday, August 4th for our first-ever Schramm’s Mead Day Festival! We are expanding our festivities to the parking lot adjacent to our tasting room and will be celebrating National Mead Day with mead and food pairings, bottles releases, live entertainment and more. This festival has been in the works since August of last year and has been a goal of ours since 2013. We are so excited for it to finally be a reality!

If you aren’t sure whether or not you can make it to the festival, don’t worry! Our tasting room will also open regular hours on Mead Day.

TICKET PURCHASE INFORMATION:

Due to system constraints, there is a one ticket per transaction limit; however, there is no limit to the total number of tickets you can purchase. Attendee’s name must be indicated at the time of purchase. On the day of the event, attendees will need a valid government identification that matches the “Attendee Name” section of their original purchase in order to enter the festival.

Access to purchase Sarah batch two bottles will be available for Mead Day attendees at the time of ticket purchase, limit 2 per person. Sarah is our cranberry raspberry mead. Batch two was produced with bright, acidic Heritage red raspberries, in contrast to batch one, which was made with deeper, more floral Michigan red raspberries.

The festival will be celebrated in two sessions, 1pm to 4pm or 5pm to 8pm. Please indicate which session you’ll be attending at the time of purchase. Attendees will only be able to enter the festival during the given time listed on their ticket. Attendees are welcome to purchase tickets for both time slots and attend both sessions, if they would like.

Attendees will also need to indicate which shirt size they need for their Schramm’s Mead Day tee. If you are interested in purchasing an additional tee, you can do so by adding an additional size under the add-on options.
