$68We welcome you to join us on Sunday, August 6th, 2017, for a delicious four course brunch with Chef Eric Sanderson. Each course will be served with the perfect mead, including our latest batch of Black Agnes!
First Course:
Lemon pound cake, cream cheese frosting
Paired with Black Agnes Batch Seven
Second Course:
Smoked salmon and cream cheese filled crepe
Scallion and frisee salad
Paired with Marionberry Batch One
Third Course:
Roasted pork shoulder, cheesy grits, soft boiled egg, arugula and onions
Paired with Apple Reserve Steinberger
Fourth Course
Creme brulee pudding, fresh berries
Paired with Heritage Batch One
Your meal will begin at 10:00 am on Saturday, August 5th. Tasting room access will be limited to event guests only.
No refunds or exchanges. Tickets are non-transferable. Guest name must be included at time of purchase. Seating is limited to 32 guests. Parties with 1, 3 or 5 guests may be seated at communal tables or the bar. Unless a seating request is otherwise specified, guests may be seated at a table, a booth, the bar, or outside – weather permitting. We do our best to accommodate all seating requests.
